A warm and welcoming place in Athens is here to travel you to the tastes of genuine Cretan cuisine. Every taste you will enjoy in “Katsourmbos” has its roots in Crete! Here perfumes, materials and recipes have been regenerated since 2005. Leave the senses free. Enjoy!

Our History

Since 2005 we have been producing traditional Cretan recipes, bringing exclusively materials from the local producers of the island. One of our basic principle is that the meats are fresh and always cooked with pure virgin olive oil from organic cultivation from Lefkochori Monophatsi.

Renaissance also means “regeneration” and “resting”. This is our philosophy. Through our restaurant we offer dishes based on the tradition of Crete. We renew recipes. We recreate flavors. We keep the tradition not only of Crete but of our country.
